getConfigPath builds the path by hand as $HOME/.config/dew/config.json, ignoring XDG_CONFIG_HOME.

grrs was explicitly moved onto XDG conventions ("refactor: separate file locations"), so dew should match. os.UserConfigDir() respects XDG on Linux and has a sane fallback elsewhere.
