`getConfigPath` builds the path by hand as `$HOME/.config/dew/config.json`, ignoring `XDG_CONFIG_HOME`.

grrs was explicitly moved onto XDG conventions ("refactor: separate file locations"), so dew should match. `os.UserConfigDir()` respects XDG on Linux and has a sane fallback elsewhere.
