the disk_prefix option is parsed and defaults to "always", but nothing actually reads it. TrafckFile in normalize always writes the disc number, so setting disk_prefix = "never" silently has no effect. will either hook this up or drop it. also is worth deciding what it should do for single disc albums too, since irght now every album gets a 1- prefix even when there's only one disk.
