feat: duplicate cover candidates

the picker regularly shows the same image several times at different sizes. ive tested albums where it offered coverartarchive at 1200x1200 and again at 600x600, plus deezer and itunes versions of the same art. deduping by content hash would shorten the list a lot and make the choice less noisy
