feature: ship .desktop file

ship a .desktop file that can be used to launch grrs from a launcher that parses .desktop files, which would allow users to open grrs from the launcher and have it open their terminal of choice. may be necessary to work on the installation flow in this case, as ideally the user wouldn't need to manually install said .desktop file
