neralie - convert time to the Neralie decimal format

# SYNOPSIS

*neralie* [OPTION]... [TIME]

# DESCRIPTION

*neralie* converts standard 24-hour time into the Neralie decimal format (000:000). 
If no time is provided, it defaults to the current local time.

# OPTIONS

*-c, --count*
	Run in continuous count mode, updating the time every Neralie 
	millisecond (approx. 86.4ms).

*-h, --help*
	Display a help message and exit.

*-v, --version*
	Display version information and exit.

# ARGUMENTS

*TIME*
	A specific time to convert. Supported formats: HH:MM:SS, HHMMSS, 
	HH:MM, HHMM, or HH.

# EXAMPLES

*neralie*
	Print the current Neralie time.

*neralie -c*
	Run a live Neralie clock in the terminal.

*neralie 14:30*
	Convert 14:30 to Neralie.
